Fidaa Ataya

Fidaa Ataya is a traditional storyteller, puppeteer, drama-in-education specialist and actress. She has performed with Hidden Theatre (Italy) and The Freedom Theatre (Palestine). She has worked with schools, organizations and activist groups across Palestine and travels internationally with her amazing retelling of Palestinian for the beauty of the Palestinian folktales.

Amir MIrzai

Amir Masood Mirzai is a veteran warrior steeped in Persian storytelling tradition and his own incredible life story. Few men have faced off with Death as many times as Amir and still lived to tell the tale.

This eagle-eyed big-hearted Persian earned the nick name “God of Luck” during his war years in Iran and Afghanistan and is an honorary member of the storytelling group Fortellerhuset in Norway.

Nick Hennessey is an internationally acclaimed storyteller, folk singer, song writer and musician. He has told stories for more than 20 years, performing at venues such as the Southbank Centre and the Royal Albert Hall. He is particularly drawn to North European cultural traditions and has been awarded high honours in Finland for his work on their National Epic, Kalevala. He is a sought-after artistic collaborator, working with top of the field musicians and storytellers. 

Thorgrim Mellum Stene

Torgrim Mellum Stene is an international performance storyteller. A modern bard and a wordsmith, he has worked both with mythical, personal and historical material in his performances.

Torgrim has been story jamming with improv musicians in South Africa, done multilingual performances in Tajikistan and spellbound audiences across the globe with his filmatic and vivid stories.
